The Coaching Relationship and How it’s Done

The first consultation is free, whether on the phone or in person. The purpose of the first session is to clarify and understand the prospective client’s goals, which will dictate the form and content of all subsequent conversations. At the end of that first hour, it should be clear to you and Larry whether further consultations will be productive.

Most clients elect a month-to-month retainer agreement that includes meetings at monthly intervals (e.g., once a month or every other month), with unlimited phone and email contact.

An hourly or daily rate is available for episodic consultations.

Special projects, such as facilitating a retreat or crisis resolution, are priced on a daily rate.
