About Larry M Rosen
Larry Rosen has devoted 50 years to the study and practice of nonprofit community development work, including a 44-year career at the highest levels of the YMCA.
He has consulted with labor unions, hospitals, universities and other nonprofits.

Your Mentor
Larry has been a mentor and executive coach to scores of senior executives, with a concentration in new presidents/CEOs in their first two years and staff preparing for their first CEO position. In his last full-time YMCA role, he served as the Senior Advisor to the President of the YMCA of the USA. Since, he has been the dean of a symposium on thought leadership and community leadership for senior YMCA executives at Washington University in St. Louis.
